Call for Proposals : Community Engagement & BTL Activation Agency

Description

PSI Pakistan is seeking a qualified and innovative Below-The-Line (BTL) agency to lead community engagement and demand generation efforts for a health initiative project. The selected agency will be responsible for designing and executing impactful community-based activities to raise awareness and encourage service uptake, including organizing on-ground events in 13 districts of Sindh including Karachi, Hyderabad, and other areas of interior Sindh, collaborating with government health facilities and frontline health workers, and managing the end-to-end execution of BTL and outreach campaigns. The scope of work will focus on scaling up BTL activities to maximize outreach, generate demand, and increase referrals, with activities strategically designed to effectively engage target audiences at the community level for higher participation and measurable impact.
