INVITATION FOR E-BIDS - Mobile Phone Sets

Description

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) has declared non-engineering procurement planned for FY 2025-26 and invites electronic bids from registered/prequalified firms with DISCOs/NTDC/WAPDA/GENCOs or PPMCs as authorized dealers/manufacturers/suppliers and unregistered firms for procurement of 644 Mobile Phone Sets at GEPCO Computer Centre Gujranwala. Bids are invited through Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique on EPADS v2.0 as per Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidding documents are available on E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 on or before 12 May 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on 12 May 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bid Guarantee required is Rs. 1,000,000/- in form of Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque/Call at Deposit/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft. Tender fee is Rs. 1500/- and bid guarantee must remain valid for 30 days beyond bid validity date.
