HAZECO REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - EVALUATION AND ASSESSMENT OF TRANSMISSION & DISTRIBUTION (T&D) TECHNICAL LOSSES OF HAZECO

Description

Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HAZECO) invites e-bids (RFP/EOI) through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) on International Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure for hiring of International Consultant/Consortium Firm for the Project "EVALUATION AND ASSESSMENT OF TRANSMISSION & DISTRIBUTION (T&D) TECHNICAL LOSSES OF HAZECO". Eligible firms must be registered on EPADS and have valid Pakistan Engineering Council License (2025-2026) in relevant category, registered & Archive with Provincial Tax (PST) in KPK and Active Taxpayers List of Federal Board of Revenue. RFP/Bidding Documents including TOR, Detailed Scope, Terms & Conditions, method of Procurement, Procedure of Submission of Bids, Bid Security, Bid Validity, Specifications and Requirements can be downloaded free of cost by registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted using E-PADS on scheduled date & time, manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened publicly in presence of Bidders on 25-05-2026 at 11:30 AM at office of Manager (SCM) HAZECO HQ, Abbottabad. All E-Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in favor of CEO HAZECO, Abbottabad in form of CDR/Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Pakistan. Proposal shall be valid for 90 days from submission deadline. Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 27-04-2026 at 11:00 AM in Conference Room HAZECO HQ, 426 A PMA Link Road ABBOTTABAD. HAZECO reserves right to reject bids as per PPRA Rules-33(1) 2004.
