The Executive Engineer Provincial B&R District Panjgur invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the execution of the following work for the Year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on Percentage Rates: Construction/Rehabilitation of Dual Carriage Way from Tasp to Agriculture College Panjgur (PSDP NO.1410/Z2025.0726). Tender Reference Number: TSE-2526051048043. Only electronic bids will be submitted; no physical bid is required. Registration at the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB is mandatory. Tender Fee is 2,000 PKR.

Eligibility criteria require presence in the Active Tax Payer List, the firm must not be blacklisted, and registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority is required. The bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature of work with a turnover of at least 134,423,757 PKR in 1 subsequent previous year showing financial capacity of the firm. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-4 and above (upto 200 million) in relevant category and specialized code CE01-(i) (Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure) is required. The bidder must have undertaken at least two assignments of similar nature, i.e., road construction works, with each project having a minimum cost of PKR 120 million. Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard latest by 01 June, 2026 till 09:00 AM. The bids must accompany bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 3% from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of the Executive Engineer, C&W PP&H Department, Government of Balochistan.
