The Maternal Newborn & Child Health Program (MNCH) Balochistan invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the execution of the following work for the Year 2026 based on Composite schedule rates 2023 on Percentage Rates: Construction of Prefabricated Static Units for MNCH Program Balochistan Quetta. Tender Reference Number: TSE-2526051050623. Only electronic bids will be submitted through the supplier dashboard; no physical bid is required. Registration at the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB is mandatory. Tender Fee is 1,500 PKR.

Eligibility criteria require presence in the Active Tax Payer List, and the bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority is required. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature of work. Turnover of at least 25,593,232 PKR amount in 3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm is required. Certificates required include 9001-2015, 14001-2015, and a Sales Tax Certificate. Blacklisting declaration on Stampaper of Rs. 100 & also attested from First class Magistrate is mandatory. A Three-Year Audit Report registered from ICAB is required. Bids must accompany a CDR with Green and E-Challan.

The procedure of procurement is the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bids must accompany bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% from a scheduled bank.
