Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Infrastructure Development & Rehabilitation Works

Description

Applications for pre-qualification are invited from well-reputed construction firms and contractors for executing wide-ranging internal development and society renovation schemes. The collective scope covers sectors 4-A, 5-A/4, and 5-A/5 located in Scheme 33, Karachi.

Scope of Works Includes:

Construction of a main gate complex along with dedicated guard rooms.

Leveling and plot demarcation/boundary setting across various residential blocks.

Repair and construction of concrete boundary walls.

Construction of a central site office, sewers, and surface drainage channels.

General cleaning, trash clearing, and debris removal from residential sectors.

Installation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure networks.

Development of green belts, public parks, and recreational sports grounds.

Laying and maintenance of Sui Gas pipelines.

Asphalt road cutting, patching, carpet laying, and installation of roadside pavers.
