Sourcing of Electrical Equipment, Specialized Inverters, and Solar Panel Infrastructure for Malaria Control Project

Tender Ref # BRSP/MCP-IHHN/Electrical Items 2026. Sealed bids are invited from experienced engineering suppliers for the provision and delivery of power backups and solar components to support localized target sites under the Malaria Control Project framework. The workflow will follow a single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure. The items required for delivery at Quetta include:

Item 1: Batteries 12 Volt (Quantity: 16 Nos)

Item 2: Batteries 24 Volt (Quantity: 10 Nos)

Item 3: Power Inverters (Quantity: 10 Nos)

Item 4: Solar Panels (Quantity: 3 Nos)
(Note: Quantities of these listed components may be subject to increase or decrease by management).

Eligibility conditions and regulatory rules:

Corporate Experience: Bidders must hold at least three (03) years of verified field experience in handling electrical supply or solar system logistics.

Tax Status: Bidders must maintain active registration with relevant Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities.

Submission Guidelines: Submissions must feature a complete company/vendor profile alongside the physical bid security. Proposals lacking a valid Pay Order/Call Deposit or missing required documentation will be disqualified from evaluation.

Logistics & Desk Lines: Dossiers can be downloaded via www.brsp.org.pk/tenders or picked up physically from the BRSP Head Office (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) starting from May 16, 2026.
