Operational Notes:

Prior Framework: The original notice was published in national dailies (Jang-Quetta, Karachi, and Dawn Karachi) on 15-04-2026 with an initial submission target of 30-04-2026, which was subsequently extended to 15-05-2026, and is now revised to the new June deadline.

Packaging Requirements: The tender number and full item details must be explicitly written on the face of the sealed envelope. No bid will be accepted or entertained without valid bid money. All other terms and conditions remain completely unchanged.
