Sourcing of Office Stationery, Cleaning Goods, Furnitre, and IT Accessories (Financial Year 2026-2027)
Description
Invitation for sealed bids as per PPRA Rule 36(A) through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from well-reputed and GST/Income Tax registered firms for the supply of items/heads separately on an as-and-when-required basis during the financial year 2026-2027. The framework targets four main operational categories:

Operational and Submission Guidelines:
Digital Sourcing Portal: Bidding documents containing terms, conditions, and other details can be downloaded from http://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Prospective bidders may contact PPRA (1st Floor, FBC Building, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad, Contact: 051-111-137-237) for registration, training, and technical assistance.
Financial Instruments & Processing Fees: Payment of a non-refundable tender fee amounting to Rs. 5,000/- (for each tender) in the shape of a Bank Draft/Pay Order must be submitted to the office of the undersigned with the bid. Bids must be accompanied by an earnest money/bid security as mentioned in the tender document for each tender separately in the shape of a Bank Draft/Pay Order. A scanned copy (PDF format) of the bid security must be uploaded through EPADS, and the original instrument in favor of "Rector NUML" must be submitted physically along with the original sealed proposals to Director Administration on or before the deadline date/time.
Tax and Price Validity: Bidders must be well-reputed and GST/Income Tax registered. The rates quoted for the tender shall be valid for one year up to 30th June 2027.
