Provision of 16x Security Guards for NHA Sindh-South Offices

National Highway Authority (NHA) intends to invite bids from interested Security Companies for Provision Preferably of Ex-Service Man Armed Guards for the period of Two Years, which is extendable for further One Year with mutual consent of both parties as per Government of Pakistan wages @ Rs. 40,000/- Per Month will be paid to per Guard without taxes with increase of 10% on Annual Basis, same terms & conditions having satisfactory performance basis as per rules/policy. Single Stage-Two Envelopes method of procurement procedure will be adopted. Dealing companies having valid NTN/GST Registration and relevant experience are eligible to participate. Registered Companies having NOC from the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, Home Department of all Provinces including Azad Jammu & Kashmir/Gilgit Baltistan are eligible to apply. The companies already blacklisted by the Government of Pakistan or terminated by NHA on account of poor performance or served with a notice on account of poor performance are not eligible to apply. Bidding documents may be purchased on submission of a written application at the address given below upon payment of a Non-Refundable fee of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only), through Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of National Highway Authority, Karachi. The said Bidding Documents can also be downloaded from NHA website (www.nha.gov.pk) and draft of Rs. 2,000/- is to be attached with the Bids at the time of submission. The Bids, completed in all respects duly sealed, signed and supported with documentary evidence should be submitted in a sealed envelope containing two separate envelopes both Technical & Financial Bids in the office of the undersigned on or before May 05, 2026 (Tuesday) till 1200 Hours. Only relevant documents are to be attached. Brochures of the company or irrelevant material are not to be enclosed with Bids. Technical Bids shall be opened on May 11, 2026 (Monday) at 1230 Hours in the presence of the representatives of the bidders who may choose to be present. However, Financial Bids of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened later on. Technical Bids should be submitted through Pay Order of Rs.75,000/- in favor of National Highway Authority, Karachi. The Companies/Agencies providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information will be liable for legal action and disqualification, without an opportunity qua clarification. All Firms are advised to get EPADS Registration at www.procure.gov.pk immediately as Manual Bids (Hard Copy) will be eliminated in upcoming procurements.
