Description

NEPRA clarifies that communication not directly addressed to NEPRA, not containing specific request requiring NEPRA consideration, or not submitted in compliance with directive shall be treated as irrelevant. NEPRA shall not be obligated to respond. Licensees shall refrain from marking copies of internal communications to NEPRA. NEPRA shall only act on communications containing specific request or submission required under NEPRA Act. Mere submission does not confer entitlement to relief.
