Electronic bids are invited from eligible firms having valid NTN & GST/PST registration for Purchase of Miscellaneous Items for Ikon Marshall Cottage with estimated cost 12.000 million and completion period 15 Days. Bid security refundable is 5% of estimated cost. The complete electronic bids must be submitted online at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk as per schedule. Bid Submission Date and Time is 27th April, 2026 @ 09:30 AM and Bid Opening Date and Time is 27th April, 2026 @ 10:00 AM. The response time shall be calculated from date of publication of advertisement on PPRA website i.e. 07th April, 2026. Procurement will be carried out as per PPRA rules 2014 amended from time to time. Type of procurement will be single stage two envelope as per PPRA rules 38(2)(a). The bidder shall bid & supply on the all items of each LOT and the bid will be calculate on Grand Total in case the bidder not bid against any item of LOT the bid will be consider as non-responsive. The CDR of earnest money against the tender must be in favor of Director General Archaeology. All items will be supplied and installed where applicable on site and all sorts on NOC's if any will obtain by the bidder and charges will bear by the bidder.
