Directorate of Education (Colleges) Rawalpindi Division invited Tender Notice for the purchase of different revenue items for the colleges of Rawalpindi Division under 07 packages (Package No. 01/2025-26 to 07/2025-26). Items include: 1) Furniture & Fixture for Govt. Graduate College, GT. Road Jhelum, 2) I.T Equipment for Govt. Graduate College, GT. Road Jhelum, 3) Plant & Machinery for Govt. Graduate College, GT. Road Jhelum, 4) Medical & Lab Equipment for Govt. Graduate College, GT. Road Jhelum, 5) Books for Govt. Graduate College, GT. Road Jhelum, 6) Other Items for Govt. Graduate College, GT. Road Jhelum, 7) Furniture & Fixture (Students Chairs) for the Public Sector Colleges of Rawalpindi Division Rawalpindi. Total Estimated Cost: 59,161,000 and Total Bid Security (5%): 2,958,050. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) by 02 May 2026 up to 10:00 A.M. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 A.M. through e-PADS. Original Bid Security in favour of Director of Education (Colleges), Rawalpindi Division, Rawalpindi in the shape of Bank Guarantee / CDR/Banker Cheque/ Demand Draft / Pay Order must be submitted physically before the closing date and time.
