Pre-Qualification of Firms/Companies/Contractors for Provision of Standardized Relief Goods/Equipment for Flood/Monsoon Season, 2026

Description

Deputy Commissioner / Chairman, District Disaster Management Authority, Murree, intends to prequalify firms/companies/contractors prequalify Companies / Vendors / Firms / General Order Suppliers, who are registered on E-PADS under PPRA, for provision of following standardized relief goods/equipment for Flood/Monsoon Season, 2026 for the FY 2026-2027 as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended), through E-Tendering. Particulars/Lots include: i) Food Hamper (Ration Bags), ii) Drinking Water, Flour/Atta (10 Kg), Rice (10 Kg), iii) Cooked Food (per Daig 10 Kg material), iv) Provision of Transportation (for local mobility), v) Catering for Establishment of Camp, vi) Tents, Rassa etc., vii) Misc. Items, Mosquito Nets, Life Jackets, Plastic Mats (Chattai), Cot (Charpai), Mattress, viii) Animal Fodder, ix) Vehicles for Relief Good Transportation, x) Catering. All details/specifications are mentioned in the Documents (Ghee shall be packed in a poly bag separately, duly sealed with seal in addition to its original packing) Net Weight 10 Kg 700 grams + 5%. Firms/companies/contractor (Interested Parties), having relevant experience may apply along with all the documents as required in Prequalification Document (PQD). Applications for pre-qualification should be submitted through EPADS 04.05.2026 upto 10:00 AM. Applications will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM.
