Procurement of Printing, Binding and Allied Materials Single Stage-Two Envelopes Procedure for the Financial Year 2025-26

Description

The Government Printing and Stationery Department, Directorate General Industries and Commerce, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites E-Bids from eligible/reputed firms/general order suppliers/individuals in accordance with KPPRA procurement Rules for the procurement of Printing, Binding and Allied materials for the financial year 2025-26 in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA Rules 2014 and EPADS regulations 2025. Firms/general order suppliers/individuals must be registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax Department and KPRA. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure through E-PADS system comprising of Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. Tender Fee non refundable of Rs. 2,000/- shall be submitted in account of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Directorate General Industries and Commerce Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bank of Khyber Shami Road Branch Account No. PK63KHYB0068002007767172, on or before 30.04.2026 at 11:30 AM. Bid will be opened on the same date at 02:00 PM in presence of bidders/contractors or their authorized representatives. Bid security @ 02% of the estimated cost in the shape of CDR in the name of "Deputy Director/ Controller Printing Press" is required. The successful bidder is required to submit 10% of the total bid amount as a performance guarantee from schedule banks for one year. No tender will be considered without samples. Bidding documents can be downloaded from www.dgic.kp.gov.pk or www.kppra.gov.pk. Scanned copy of the original bid shall be uploaded on E-PADS and original copy along with CDR submitted to the office of Deputy Director/Controller Printing Press, Directorate General Industries and Commerce, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Shami Road, Peshawar before opening.
