Sr. No. 01: Preservation and Restoration of Rohtas Fort & Internal Structures (Kahin, Mahal & Maqbara) at Rohtas Fort Jhelum (Group F), Cost: 57.116 million, Earnest Money: 5% of Estimated Cost, Completion Time: 120 days from date of issuance of work order, Category in PEC: C-5 or above. Sr. No. 02: Preservation and Restoration of Fortification Wall from Shishi Gate to Talaqi Gate (Phase-I) at Rohtas Fort, District Jhelum (Group-E), Cost: 211.936 million, Earnest Money: 5% of Estimated Cost, Completion Time: 180 days from date of issuance of work order, Category in PEC: C-3 or above. The Complete electronics both bids must be submitted online at www.Punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Technical & Financial Bid Submission Date and Time: 28th April, 2026 @ 02:30 PM. Technical Bid Opening Date and Time: 28th April, 2026 @ 03:00 PM. Procurement will be carried out in accordance with Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per clause 38 of PPRA rules 2014 (amended) from time to time.
