Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences Uthal, District Lasbela, Balochistan invites sealed tenders on Balochistan Composite Schedule Rate (BCSR-2018) from experienced contractors/constructors for the construction of Boundary Wall of Wadh Campus. Contractors/Constructors having valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) certificate Category C-4 and above up to December 2023, registered with Income Tax and Balochistan Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue for the Construction of Boundary Wall of Wadh Campus of LUAWMS with relevant experiences and sound financial background. Name of Item: Construction of Boundary Wall of Wadh Campus of LUAWMS, Category: C-4 and above, Tender Fee (Non-refundable): Rs. 5000/-, Estimated Cost: 101,003,987, Earnest Money 5% of Bid value: Rs.5,050,200/=. Tender documents will only be issued to the owner of firm or representative having the authority from owner/CNIC/Income Tax/PEC/Fee deposit and proof of not black listed on submission of written application to the undersigned from the date of publication till May 10th, 2023 upon payment of tender fee (nonrefundable). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid security / earnest money of the amount of 5% for the prescribed format of Call deposit from a schedule Bank of Pakistan in favor of Additional Director P&D of LUAWMS. The complete tender documents should reach to the office of undersigned by May 10th, 2023, at 12:00 PM and will be opened at the same date at 1:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their representatives.
