National Commission on the Status of Women (NCSW) Jobs 2026

The National Commission on the Status of Women (NCSW), Government of Pakistan is a financially and administratively autonomous statutory body established under the NCSW Act, 2012. NCSW works to review laws, policies and programmes related to the protection and empowerment of women and monitors their implementation.

NCSW has announced 34 regular vacancies for eligible candidates. Applications are being processed through Elite Testing Services (ETS).

Steno Typist | BPS-14 | 11 | Intermediate or equivalent, Grade-B, with typing speed of 40 words per minute and computer literacy. Shorthand speed of 80 words per minute required. | 18–30 Years | Punjab: 06; Open Merit (Women): 01; Sindh Rural: 01; Sindh Urban: 01; KPK: 01; Baluchistan: 01

Driver | BPS-04 | 01 | Middle pass with valid driving license and medically fit. | 18–28 Years | KPK: 01

Naib Qasid | BPS-04 | 10 | Primary pass. Preference will be given to candidates with Middle qualification. | 18–28 Years | Local (Islamabad & Rawalpindi)

📌 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the prescribed qualification, experience, age and quota requirements for the relevant position.

For Assistant Chief, candidates must have the specified Master's/LLB qualification from an HEC-recognized institution and the required professional experience.

For Steno Typist, candidates must have Intermediate or equivalent qualification along with the specified typing and shorthand speeds.

For Driver, Middle qualification, a valid driving license and medical fitness are required.

For Naib Qasid, Primary qualification is required, while Middle pass candidates will be preferred.

Age relaxation will be admissible according to government policy where applicable. Age will be calculated up to the closing date for applications.

Application Process

Applications for the advertised posts are to be submitted through Elite Testing Services (ETS).

For Assistant Chief and Steno Typist (Sr. No. 01 and 02), candidates should create a profile on the ETS website and apply online.

After submitting the online application, candidates must print the application and challan form and pay the prescribed non-refundable/non-transferable fee mentioned on the challan.

Fee can be deposited at an MCB bank branch, or through the online payment option available through ETS.

After fee submission, the application form, signed and stamped challan and duly attested credentials must be sent to:

Candidates applying for Driver and Naib Qasid are instructed to download the application and challan form from ETS, submit the required fee and send the completed application through proper courier service to the address given on the application form.

Candidates must send the application and credentials in an A4 envelope and should not fold the form or documents.

Original documents and copies of degrees/certificates, CNIC and other relevant documents must be presented at the interview.

Candidates already working in Government, Semi-Government Departments or Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channel.

The test date, time and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip. ETS will inform candidates through SMS to download and print their Roll No. Slips. No separate screening-test call letters will be issued through post or courier.

Candidates are advised to retain the original fee deposit slip with the bank stamp. ETS also advises candidates to regularly check its website because SMS delivery may sometimes be affected by network issues.
