National Commission on the Status of Women NCSW Jobs 2026
Introduction
The National Commission on the Status of Women (NCSW) is a financially and administratively autonomous statutory body established under the NCSW Act, 2012. NCSW has announced 34 regular vacancies for suitable and eligible candidates in different scales, including Assistant Chief, Steno Typist, Driver and Naib Qasid.
Applications are to be submitted through Elite Testing Services (ETS).

Assistant Chief – BPS-18
Grade-C or equivalent Master's Degree in Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource or LLB from an HEC-recognized institution.
Higher qualification will be preferred.
5–7 years of experience.
At least 2 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, Research, Project Management, Women Rights, Legal Issues or Report Writing.
Experience should be in the Government Sector, INGO or NGO.
Steno Typist – BPS-14
Intermediate or equivalent with Grade-B.
Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
Computer literate.
Shorthand speed of 80 words per minute.
Driver – BPS-04
Middle pass.
Valid driving license.
Medically fit.
Naib Qasid – BPS-04
Primary pass.
Preference will be given to candidates having Middle qualification.
Application Process
Applications for Sr. No. 01 and 02 are to be submitted online through the ETS website. Candidates must first create a profile and then apply for the desired post.
After successful submission, candidates must print the application and challan form and submit the prescribed non-refundable/non-transferable fee through an MCB bank branch or online payment.
The application form, fee challan and duly attested copies of required credentials must then be sent through courier to:

For Sr. No. 03 and 04, candidates are required to download the application form and challan form from the ETS website, submit the required fee and send the completed application through proper courier service to the address mentioned on the application form.
Last Date to Apply: 12 October 2026
Candidates must send their application and credentials in an A4 envelope without folding the form or documents.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
Original documents along with attested copies of degrees/certificates, CNIC and other relevant documents must be presented at the time of interview.
Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Bodies employees must apply through proper channel.
Age relaxation will be allowed according to government policy where applicable.
Age will be calculated up to the closing date.
