Teaching Eligibility

Associate Professor: Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Medical Lab Technology or Management Sciences, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution. The required teaching, research, or relevant professional experience and research publications must meet the criteria specified in the official advertisement.

Lecturer: Candidates must have an MS or M.Phil. (First Division) in the relevant subject or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution. Candidates must meet the specified academic division requirements.

Non-Teaching Eligibility

The Director (Planning & Development) position requires a relevant Ph.D. with eight years' post-qualification experience, MS/M.Phil. with ten years' experience, or Master's/BS with twelve years' relevant post-qualification experience.

For Deputy Director (Academics), candidates require MS/M.Phil. with three years' relevant teaching or administrative experience, or a Master's degree with five years' relevant experience.

The Assistant Director (Purchase & Store) position requires MBA, M.Com, ACMA, ACCA, or M.Sc. Economics or an equivalent HEC-recognized qualification.

The Assistant Director (Quality Enhancement Cell) requires a Master's degree or four-year BS in Social Sciences, Sciences, Management Sciences, or an equivalent qualification.

For technical and support positions, relevant qualifications, licenses, and experience are required according to the post. Bus Driver and LTV Driver candidates must possess the prescribed driving licenses and five years of relevant experience.

Application Process

Applicants must carefully complete the online application form because editing will not be allowed after submission. The prescribed application processing fee must also be deposited by the closing date.

After completing the online application, candidates are required to submit the signed hard copy/printout of the pre-filled online application form through courier, along with the required documents, to the Office of the Registrar.

Required documents include:

Two recent passport-size photographs

Attested copy of CNIC

Attested copy of domicile

Educational certificates and transcripts

Experience certificates

Departmental Permission Certificate/NOC, where applicable

Candidates applying for more than one position must submit a separate application and fee for each post.

Candidates applying for Associate Professor positions must also submit the required research publications record and soft-copy documents in the manner specified in the advertisement.

Domicile Requirement

For non-teaching positions, only candidates having Punjab domicile will be considered.

General Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must hold degrees from HEC-recognized universities or degree-awarding institutions. Foreign degree holders must provide an HEC equivalence certificate.

Government, semi-government, and autonomous-body employees must apply through the proper channel and provide the required NOC/Departmental Permission Certificate.

Where experience is required, candidates must provide documentary evidence. Experience from private organizations will only be accepted where the organization is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or another relevant regulatory authority.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. No TA/DA will be admissible.
