📌 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the eligibility requirements prescribed by the Institute for the advertised post.

Key requirements include:

📌 Qualifications must be obtained from HEC-recognized universities or institutions.

Where applicable, qualifications must also be recognized by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) or National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC).

Candidates possessing foreign qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), where applicable.

Only one second division/class throughout the entire academic career (from Matric onwards) is permissible.

The post is Islamabad-based, and interviews will be conducted at the Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad.

General Instructions

Age will be calculated on the closing date of applications.

Ex-Government employees and Ex-Armed Forces personnel may be granted age relaxation according to Government rules.

Applicants currently on Leave Preparatory to Retirement (LPR) are not eligible to apply.

Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, and Institutional employees must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer.

Selected serving employees will be required to resign from their current regular service before joining IST.

Compliance with eligibility criteria does not guarantee shortlisting.

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews.

No TA/DA will be provided for the interview.
