📌 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Institute for the advertised position.

Educational qualifications must be obtained from HEC-recognized universities or institutions.

Where applicable, qualifications must also be recognized by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) or National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC).

Candidates possessing foreign degrees or certificates must provide equivalence certificates issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and the Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), where applicable.

Only one second division/class throughout the entire academic career from Matric onwards is permissible.

The advertised position is Islamabad-based and interviews will be conducted at the Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad.

General Instructions

Age will be calculated on the closing date of applications.

Ex-Government employees and Ex-Armed Forces personnel may be granted age relaxation as per Government rules.

Applicants on Leave Preparatory to Retirement (LPR) are not eligible to apply.

Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, and Institutional employees must apply through the proper channel and submit a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Selected serving employees will be required to resign from their regular service before joining IST.
