EIDMC is seeking applications from qualified and experienced professionals for senior-level positions in procurement, project management, finance, civil infrastructure, HSE/ESG, quality assurance, project delivery, legal affairs, and monitoring & evaluation.

Deputy Director (Project Finance & Budgeting) | Bachelor's Degree (16 years) in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or member of a recognized professional accounting body; Master's preferred | Minimum 8 years in financial accounting and budgeting, ERP, project financing, treasury management, financial modelling and reporting | 45 years

Deputy Director Civil | Bachelor's Degree (16 years) in Civil Engineering; Master's in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred | Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in civil infrastructure projects; multi-contractor construction programs and energy infrastructure experience preferred | 45 years

Deputy Director (HSE/ESG) | Bachelor's Degree (16 years) in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Civil Engineering, Energy and Environmental Engineering | Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in HSE/ESG; energy infrastructure project experience preferred | 45 years

Deputy Director Quality & Technical Assurance | Bachelor's Degree (16 years) in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical/Electronics/Industrial/Energy Management | Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in Quality & Technical Assurance; infrastructure, power, utility or industrial project experience preferred | 45 years

Deputy Director Project Delivery | Bachelor's Degree (16 years) in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial/Civil Engineering | Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience delivering infrastructure projects; EPC, construction, commissioning and project close-out experience preferred | 45 years

Deputy Director (Monitoring & Evaluation) | Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering; Master's in Engineering/Business Administration preferred | Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in M&E of projects; M&E frameworks and PC-III, IV and V experience preferred | 45 years

📌 Eligibility & Preferred Qualifications

Director (Procurement)

Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in procurement and contract management is required. At least 3 years of power-sector experience will be preferred.

Deputy Director – Project Planning & Business Strategy

Applicants must possess a relevant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Project Management. A Master's degree in Project Management/Business Administration and relevant professional certifications will be preferred.

Candidates require at least 8 years of post-qualification project management experience. Experience in project planning, Planning Commission documentation, EPC contracts, PPP and joint ventures is preferred.

Deputy Director – Project Finance & Budgeting

Candidates must have a 16-year Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce, or be a member of a recognized professional accounting body. A Master's degree in Finance/Accounting is preferred.

Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in areas including financial accounting and budgeting, ERP, project financing, treasury management, financial modelling and reporting is required.

Deputy Director Civil

A 16-year Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required. A Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and PMP, NEBOSH or IOSH safety certifications will be preferred.

Candidates require at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in civil infrastructure projects. Experience managing multi-contractor construction programs and knowledge of construction standards, codes and specifications in energy infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Deputy Director – HSE/ESG

Candidates must hold a 16-year Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Civil Engineering, or Energy and Environmental Engineering.

A Master's degree in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Management/Occupational Health & Safety or certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or ISO 14001 Environmental Management will be preferred.

Minimum 8 years of post-qualification HSE/ESG experience is required, while energy infrastructure experience is preferred.

Deputy Director – Quality & Technical Assurance

A 16-year Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial or Energy Management is required. A relevant Master's degree or certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) will be preferred.

Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in Quality and Technical Assurance is required. Infrastructure, power, utility or industrial project experience is preferred.

Deputy Director – Project Delivery

Candidates must hold a 16-year Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering. A Master's degree in Engineering Management or Project Management is preferred.

Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in infrastructure project delivery is required. Relevant experience covering engineering design, procurement, EPC projects, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, project close-out, technical specifications, drawings, method statements, work programs, inspection and test plans, quality documentation and contractor submissions is preferred.

Deputy Director – Legal

Candidates require at least 8 years of post-qualification relevant experience in a reputable national or multinational organization. Experience in contract law, commercial law, public procurement, EPC contracts and regulatory proceedings is preferred.

Deputy Director – Monitoring & Evaluation

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering. A Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is preferred.

Minimum 8 years of post-qualification M&E experience in projects is required. Experience developing and implementing M&E frameworks and preparing PC-III, PC-IV and PC-V documents is preferred.

Engineering Registration Requirement

Candidates applying for positions requiring engineering qualifications must be registered as Professional Engineers with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

Engineering professionals working abroad who are not currently registered as Professional Engineers with PEC may also apply. If selected, they must obtain and submit valid PEC registration as a Professional Engineer within the stipulated period to confirm eligibility.

Remuneration & Contract

Market-based compensation package will be determined through negotiation.

Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.

All positions are purely contract-based.

Initial contract period: 3 years from the date of appointment.

Contract includes a 3-month probationary period.

Contract may be extended subject to satisfactory performance and organizational need.

Contract service will not be regularized or pensionable.
