Director, Investor Facilitation | Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Public Policy, Public Administration, Finance, or Law from an HEC-recognized institution | Minimum 15 years' post-qualification experience in investor facilitation, regulatory affairs and/or one-window operations across government agencies | 40–55 years | 01

Director, Aftercare and Expansion | Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, Development, Engineering, International Business, or Public Policy from an HEC-recognized institution | Minimum 15 years' post-qualification experience in investor aftercare, business development and/or investment attraction | 40–55 years | 01

Director, Research and Policy | PhD or Master's in Economics, MBA, Finance, Accounting, or Development Economics from an HEC-recognized institution | Minimum 10 years with PhD or 15 years with Master's in economic/business research, policy analysis, or investment climate advisory | 40–55 years | 01

General Manager, SEZA (Special Economic Zones Authority) | Master's in Civil/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Public Policy, or Real Estate Development from an HEC-recognized institution | Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience in SEZ management, industrial estate development, or infrastructure planning | 35–50 years | 01

General Manager Support Services | Master's in Business Administration, HR Management, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or ACCA/CA/ACMA and other relevant recognized professional qualifications | Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience in senior leadership across HR, Accounting & Finance, IT and/or Administration | 35–50 years | 01

Note: Preference will be given to candidates from globally recognized institutions. For Director, Investment Promotion / Global Regions, foreign language proficiency in Arabic and Chinese will be an advantage.

📌 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess the relevant Master's, PhD, or professional qualification specified for the position.

Degrees must be from institutions recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Candidates must meet the required post-qualification experience for their selected position.

The specified age limits apply to each position.

Pay Package

Selected candidates will receive an attractive lump-sum pay package commensurate with their qualifications and experience.
