The University of Mirpurkhas has announced the latest Non-Teaching Jobs 2026 for eligible candidates having domicile of Sindh Province. Location

Director QEC (BPS-20)
PhD/MS/MPhil (preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a relevant field) from an HEC-recognized university.
Knowledge of HEC criteria, National Qualifications Framework (NQF), and Outcome-Based Education (OBE).
Publications in quality assurance and higher education, membership in quality assurance organizations (e.g., QAA, APQN, INQAAHE), and experience in international accreditation processes (e.g., ABET, AACSB, NCEAC, PEC) will be preferred.
Director ORIC (BPS-20)
PhD/MS/MPhil (preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a relevant field) from an HEC-recognized university.
Preference will be given to PhD holders.
Membership in research and innovation organizations (e.g., HEC ORIC Network, UNESCO, IEEE, ACM) and international exposure in research collaborations and industry linkages will be preferred.
Director IT (BPS-19)
First Class Master's/Bachelor's Degree (16 Years) in Computer Science or Computer Systems from an HEC-recognized university.
CCNA, Security, or other relevant international certifications will be preferred.
Deputy Director Finance (BPS-18)
Applicants must possess either:
Master's degree/equivalent in Commerce, Economics or Finance (preferably First Class) from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
OR
B.Com (preferably First Class) from an HEC-recognized university.
Maximum 45 years.
Age relaxation of up to 5 years may be granted to highly qualified suitable candidates in exceptional cases.
Experience
Director QEC
Minimum 12 years of experience in academia, administration or quality assurance in higher education institutions.
At least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role related to quality assurance, accreditation or institutional research.
Experience in Self-Assessment Reports (SARs), Program Accreditation, HEC Ranking Process and HEC/QAA compliance.
Director ORIC
Minimum 12 years of experience in academia or research administration in higher education institutions.
At least 5 years of leadership/managerial experience in research development, technology transfer or commercialization.
Experience in research grants, funding proposals, industry linkages, patents, intellectual property rights (IPR), HEC-funded projects, commercialization strategies and research impact assessment.
Director IT
Minimum 15 years of experience in technical planning, database design, networking, web technologies, video conferencing, systems, e-learning, IT operations, IT projects, data centers, security and ERP.
Must have 3 years of experience in BPS-18 or equivalent.
Deputy Director Finance
Option 1
Master's degree holders must have 6 years of experience in Audit and Accounts in a post equivalent to BPS-17 or above in a University, Board, College, Government Department or recognized commercial institution.
OR
Option 2
B.Com holders must have 10 years of experience in Finance, Audit and Accounts in a post equivalent to BPS-17 or above in a University, Board, College, Government Department or recognized commercial institution.
Experience in Public Sector Universities will be preferred.
