The District Health Officer (DHO) Mardan is a public sector government health office working under the Health Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). The office is responsible for implementing primary healthcare programs, disease prevention initiatives, immunization campaigns, and public health services throughout District Mardan. As part of the Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI), the department is recruiting qualified healthcare professionals to strengthen vaccination services across the district.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for 110 EPI Vaccinator positions on a Fixed Pay basis under the administrative control of the District Health Officer, Mardan.

Candidates must possess:
Age: 18 to 32 Years
At least Second Division Secondary School Certificate (Science) from a recognized Board.
Two-Year Diploma in Health Technology from the Faculty of Paramedics & Allied Health Sciences (FPAHS), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar or an equivalent recognized qualification.
Salary Package
Monthly Salary: Rs. 40,000 (Fixed Pay)
Contract Duration: One Year
Quota
Recruitment will be made according to the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa recruitment policy, including:
10% Quota for Female Candidates
2% Quota for Persons with Disabilities
0.5% Quota for Minority Candidates
Interested candidates must submit their applications online through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).
After submitting the online application:
Generate the online fee deposit slip.
Deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through Easypaisa, UBL Bank, or authorized payment channels.
Keep the original paid deposit slip for future reference.
Do not send educational documents to ETEA at the time of application. Documents will only be required from shortlisted candidates after the screening test.
Important Instructions

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
Government and Semi-Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
Age relaxation will be granted according to Government rules.
Foreign degree holders must provide an HEC equivalence certificate.
No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview.
The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the advertised vacancies.
Recruitment will be conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Initial Recruitment Rules, 2026.
