PCAA Jobs 2026 – Flight Operations Inspector Vacancies

The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) has announced Flight Operations Inspector (Aeroplane) vacancies under Notice No. 04/2026. PCAA is inviting applications from qualified and experienced aviation professionals for appointment on a suitability and merit basis.

The position is offered on a 3-year contract, extendable, with an attractive monthly salary of Rs. 1,373,230/- plus a 5% annual increment. The opportunity is open to eligible candidates meeting the required aviation experience, pilot-in-command hours, and licensing requirements.

Flight Operations Inspector (Aeroplane) EG-08 03 (Merit) Contract – 3 Years (Extendable)

📌 Qualification

Candidates must have at least an Intermediate qualification from a recognized Board.

In addition to the educational requirement, applicants must meet the specified professional aviation and licensing requirements, including:

ATPL with Type Rating for aircraft with MGTOW of 40,000 kg or more.

SFE/TRE endorsement on ATPL.

Experience

Applicants must have:

10+ years of experience as a pilot in commercial air transport aircraft.

5,000+ hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).

Experience in operational management will be considered an additional advantage.

Key Skills & Requirements

Candidates should possess:

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication skills

Computer literacy

Relevant commercial aviation experience

Required ATPL and type rating

SFE/TRE endorsement on ATPL

📌 Age Limit

Maximum Age: 66 years

The stated maximum age includes all applicable age relaxations.

Monthly Salary: Rs. 1,373,230/-

Annual Increment: 5%
