Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department Punjab Jobs 2026
The Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab has announced new career opportunities for highly qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for appointment on a lump-sum contract basis for three years, further extendable for one term, to strengthen governance, procurement, monitoring, and management of public sector teaching hospitals across Punjab.

Hospital Monitoring Officer / Hospital Governance Executive | No. of Posts: 17 | Qualification: Master's Degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management, or Public Administration from an HEC-recognized institution | Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership position, including proven experience of supervising/managing an organization with at least 5,000 employees | Age Limit: 45–65 years
Procurement Specialist / Officer | No. of Posts: 17 | Qualification: Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Finance, ACCA, or CA from an HEC-recognized institution | Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience | Age Limit: 40–55 years
Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant | No. of Posts: 17 | Qualification: Graduation in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Public Health, Statistics, Health Management, or Information Technology from an HEC-recognized institution | Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience | Age Limit: 25–40 years
Candidates possessing a Medical Degree may also apply for the Hospital Monitoring Officer / Hospital Governance Executive position if they hold an additional management qualification in the relevant fields. Such candidates will not be allowed to engage in private practice during the period of appointment.
