The University of the Punjab has announced Daily Wages/Contingent Staff vacancies for 89 days at its Pothohar Campus (Gujar Khan). Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for eligible candidates under the Government of Punjab's Policy Framework for Work Charged Employees, Daily Wagers, and Contingent Paid Staff.

1. Junior Clerk (Library)
No. of Posts: 01
FA/F.Sc. (Second Division) or equivalent qualification.
Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
Preference: Candidates having experience in library work.
2. Driver (Bus)
No. of Posts: 01
Middle (Matric preferred).
Valid HTV + PSV Driving Licenses.
3. Driver (Van / Ambulance)
No. of Posts: 02
Middle (Matric preferred).
Valid LTV + HTV Driving Licenses.
4. Security Guard (Male)
No. of Posts: 02
5. Lady Security Guard
No. of Posts: 01
6. Sweeper (Sanitary Worker)
No. of Posts: 01
Preference: Primary Pass candidates.
These appointments are purely on a Daily Wages/Contingent Basis for a period of 89 days.
Selection will be made in accordance with the Government of Punjab Policy Framework for Work Charged Employees/Daily Wagers/Contingent Paid Staff.
The appointments will not confer any right to permanent or regular employment.
Selected candidates shall have no claim for regularization or continuation of service after completion of the engagement period.
The University reserves the right to terminate the engagement in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
