NRSP / UPAP Islamic Microfinance Jobs 2026 have been announced by the National Rural Support Programme (NRSP) – Urban Poverty Alleviation Programme (UPAP), a microfinance institution recruiting staff for various major cities across Pakistan.

The recruitment is open to fresh candidates for Management Trainee, Accounts Staff and Field Staff positions. No prior experience is required, and fresh candidates will be given preference.

📌 Eligibility Criteria

Management Trainee (Field / Accounts)

Candidates should hold a Master's Degree in one of the fields specified in the advertisement, including Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce, Accounts, Banking, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Agriculture, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering or Environmental Science.

The maximum age limit is 30 years.

Accounts Staff

Candidates with I.Com, D.Com, B.Com, ADC or ADP qualifications can apply. The maximum age limit is 27 years.

Field Staff

Candidates with Intermediate or Graduate qualifications can apply. Individuals with Matric qualification may apply for local positions. The maximum age limit is 25 years.

No experience is required, and fresh candidates will be given preference.

Candidates whose final degree result is awaiting, whose studies are continuing, or who have a 3rd Division are not eligible to apply.
