The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) is an autonomous organization working under the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab. PEF provides free education to nearly 4 million children across Punjab through its education initiatives and partner institutions.

PEF has announced Job Opportunities 2026 for the recruitment of Monitoring & Evaluation Officers (NEOs) on a district-wise, temporary contract basis. A total of 26 vacancies are available for fresh/civilian candidates and ex-servicemen from Punjab.

📌 Qualification & Age Limit

Key Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must have a Punjab domicile and can apply only for the district relevant to their domicile.

The position involves field work in the designated district, including duties in hard areas. Candidates must be physically fit and possess a valid motorcycle driving license.

Candidates who do not own a motorcycle must provide permission from the motorcycle owner on stamp paper for official use.

Candidates with IT experience may be given preference.

Certain applicants are ineligible, including individuals dismissed from the Armed Forces or Government service, convicted by a court, or dismissed from a government project due to unsatisfactory performance.

LPR holders from the Armed Forces are required to submit an NOC. Diploma/DAE or training qualification holders must provide an IBCC equivalence certificate for Intermediate, where applicable.

Candidates should visit the official PEF and Central Testing Services Pakistan (CTS) websites to review the detailed job description, eligibility criteria, application instructions, and fee challan.

Applications are to be submitted through CTS Pakistan. Candidates should download the prescribed application form, complete it according to the given instructions, and submit the required processing fee.

The application processing fee must be deposited through the prescribed fee challan at any branch of The Bank of Punjab in the specified account.

Candidates should ensure that their applications are complete, properly signed, and submitted within the prescribed deadlines.

Selection Process

Shortlisting and written testing will be conducted through Central Testing Services Pakistan (CTS). Candidates securing at least 50% marks in the written test will qualify for the interview stage, subject to PEF's selection criteria.

The test date, time, venue, and further instructions will be communicated to shortlisted candidates by CTS.

Only candidates meeting the prescribed criteria and shortlisted according to PEF requirements will be called for interviews.

Important Information

The appointments are temporary, non-permanent, and district-wise for an initial period of one year. Extension will depend on satisfactory performance and approval of the Competent Authority.

PEF reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies and reject or cancel any application at any stage according to applicable rules.

Candidates must not attempt to influence the recruitment process. Any such attempt may result in disqualification.
