Officer Grade – III
NBP welcomes applications from both fresh graduates and candidates with prior professional experience. The position is available across multiple cities in Pakistan.
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized local or international university, college, or institution.
Experience: Fresh graduates and candidates with previous professional experience are eligible to apply.

Valid Special CNIC (SCNIC) issued by NADRA or valid disability certificate
Recent passport-size photograph
Bachelor's and/or Master's educational documents, including marks sheets/transcripts
Experience letters, if applicable
Documents should be uploaded in Word or PDF format. Only one attachment per tab is permitted, and each attachment must be less than 10 MB.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for a mandatory assessment test. Candidates who qualify may subsequently be called for panel interviews.
Selection will be conducted strictly according to the defined eligibility criteria, qualifications, skills, and suitability for the available roles.
Employment Terms
Employment will initially be on an NBP contract for three years.
The contract may be renewed based on overall performance and applicable bank policies.
Selected candidates will receive compensation and other benefits according to NBP policies and rules.
Position/designation will be determined according to the candidate's qualifications, skills, and suitability for available roles.
Selected candidates must serve at their initial place of posting for a minimum of three years.
No transfer request will be entertained during the initial three-year posting period.
No TA/DA will be provided for the assessment test or interview.
NBP reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant based on suitability for the vacant position(s).
