BISE Faisalabad Jobs 2026 – Exam Duties for Matric & Intermediate Examinations 2027
Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Faisalabad – Applications Invited
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Faisalabad has invited applications from qualified, experienced, dedicated, and hardworking male and female teachers for various examination-related duties for the Matriculation and Intermediate First & Second Annual Examinations 2027.
Eligible in-service and retired teachers can apply for positions including Paper Setter, Head Examiner, Sub Examiner, Supervisor, Chief Secrecy Officer, Deputy Chief Secrecy Officer, and Secrecy Officer. Applicants must meet the relevant qualification, teaching experience, cadre, and service requirements specified by BISE Faisalabad.
Available Positions
1. Paper Setter
Eligible applicants include in-service teachers of Government Colleges, Higher Secondary Schools, and High Schools.
For Matric: Preference will be given to SS, SST and SSE cadre teachers.
For Intermediate: SS and SSS cadre teachers of college schools are preferred.
Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject.
Must have taught the relevant subject during the last 3 years.
2. Head Examiner
In-service teachers of Government Colleges, Higher Secondary Schools and High Schools.
For Intermediate: SS and SSS cadre teachers.
For Matric: SS, SST and SSE cadre teachers.
Minimum 8 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience as Head Examiner, Supervisor/Head Examiner, or Paper Setter.
3. Sub Examiner
In-service teachers of Government Colleges, Higher Secondary Schools and High Schools.
For Matric: SESE, EST, OT, AT, SV, DMPET, SSEIT and SST cadre teachers.
For Intermediate: SS and SSS cadre teachers.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject.
4. Supervisor cum Assistant to Head Examiner
Candidates should possess qualifications including:
M.Com
M.Sc
MBA
BS (Computer Science)
MCS
along with the required B.A, B.Com, B.Sc or M.A qualification and should be of at least Scale 17.
Additional requirements include:
Applicant must not be an employee of any government, semi-government, or autonomous organization.
Must be capable of performing computer data-entry and online marking duties.
Submit an attested CNIC copy, 2 passport-size photographs, and CV with the application.
5. Supervisor for Marking Centers
In-service and retired teachers above Scale 17 of government institutions are eligible.
The marking center in-charge will perform duties as a proctor.
Remuneration will be paid according to BISE Faisalabad rules.
6. Chief Secrecy Officer
Retired teachers from the Education Department above Scale 17.
Candidates should have certificates demonstrating honesty, experience, and a strong sense of duty.
Remuneration will be paid according to Board rules.
Serving employees of government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations are not eligible.
7. Deputy Chief Secrecy Officers
Matric Examination: 1 position
Intermediate Examination: 1 position
Retired Education Department teachers above Scale 16 are eligible.
Candidates should possess certificates demonstrating honesty, experience, and a strong sense of duty.
Remuneration will be paid according to Board rules.
8. Secrecy Officers
Total Positions: 70
For both Matric and Intermediate Examinations:
In-service government teachers who are honest, experienced, and duty-bound may apply with the required permission/NOC and faculty preference.
Retired teachers may apply with an attested copy of their retirement order.
Remuneration will be paid according to approved Board rules.
BISE Faisalabad Exam Duties 2027 – Eligibility
The recruitment is intended for qualified male and female teachers, including eligible in-service and retired teachers, depending on the specific examination duty. Candidates must satisfy the relevant teaching experience, cadre, scale, qualification, and service requirements.
Applicants must also ensure that:
No departmental inquiry is pending against them.
They are not involved in any court proceeding.
They have not been blacklisted by BISE Faisalabad.
