University of Engineering and Technology Lahore – Introduction
The University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore is one of Pakistan’s leading public-sector engineering and technology universities, offering undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral-level education in engineering, technology, sciences, architecture, business and related disciplines. UET Lahore has its Main Campus in Lahore along with the New Campus (Kala Shah Kaku), Faisalabad Campus, Narowal Campus, and Rachna College of Engineering and Technology (RCET), Gujranwala.
UET Lahore has announced multiple faculty and project-based job opportunities for 2026 for Punjab-domiciled Pakistani nationals. Applications are invited for the positions of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Lecturer, Teaching Fellow and Horticulturist.

Teaching Fellow Qualification
Candidates must possess at least an 18-year Master's degree or M.Phil degree in the relevant discipline.
The candidate must have:
At least 3.0 CGPA out of 4.0 in the semester system; or
At least 73% marks in the Annual System.
The relevant degree must be from a program accredited by PEC or an HEC-recognized/constituted relevant authority.
A minimum 3.0 CGPA out of 4.0 or 73% marks is also required in the Bachelor's degree.
Teaching Fellow Stipend
Rs. 71,000 per month
6. Horticulturist
UET Lahore has announced Horticulturist positions under the project titled “Innovation Centre and Innovation Park” at its Narowal Campus.

Horticulturist Narowal Campus 03 21–45 Years Rs. 157,500/month
M.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science or Soil Science from an HEC-recognized university.
Relevant experience of working as a Horticulturist.
General Eligibility
The eligibility criteria for faculty positions will be according to the applicable HEC Faculty Appointment Criteria.
For positions in engineering disciplines, registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory.
Candidates should carefully review the prescribed qualification, experience and discipline-specific requirements before applying.

Applications for Teaching Fellow positions should reach the Chairperson/Director/Campus Coordinator of the concerned Department/Campus.
Applications for Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Lecturer and Horticulturist positions should reach the Registrar Office, UET Lahore.
