Every application must be accompanied by a Rs. 1,500/- non-refundable Pay Order in favor of Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi.

Send the application along with one photograph.
Include one set of attested photocopies of relevant documents, including qualifications, experience, publications, domicile, and CNIC.
Attach two current referral letters and a brief CV.
Clearly mention the post name and specialty on the top right corner of the envelope.
Send the complete application through courier only.
