MTI Hayatabad Medical Complex Peshawar Jobs 2026
Medical & Teaching Institution (MTI) Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC), Peshawar, along with Khyber Girls Medical College (KGMC), Peshawar and its constituent institutes, has announced new career opportunities for qualified candidates. Applications are invited from eligible candidates from all over Pakistan for various healthcare and allied health positions.
The recruitment will be conducted through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA), and candidates will be required to appear in the ETEA screening test. The available positions are offered on a contractual basis, with most positions being extendable up to three years.
1. Psychologist
Employment Status: Contractual, extendable up to 3 years
Qualification: Master's degree or BS (Hons) in Clinical Psychology from an HEC-recognized university/institution
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a reputable public/private sector recognized healthcare institution
2. Physiotherapist
Employment Status: Contractual, extendable up to 3 years
Qualification: Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university/institution
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a reputable public/private recognized institution
Preference: Candidates having relevant knowledge, skills and competencies to assess and support individuals and populations affected by injury, disease or disorders of movement and function will be preferred.
3. Respiratory Therapist
Employment Status: Contractual, extendable up to 3 years
Qualification: BS Respiratory Therapy from a recognized university
Registration: Valid professional registration required
Experience: ICU experience will be preferred
4. Optometrist
Employment Status: Contractual, extendable up to 3 years
Qualification: Diploma in the relevant field from Medical Faculty OR BS Vision or equivalent qualification in relevant technology from an HEC-recognized university/institution
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a public, semi-autonomous, autonomous or private sector organization
5. Junior Clinical Technician / Technologist
Specialties:
Cardiology
Anesthesia
Surgical
Pharmacy
Radiology
Employment Status: Contractual, extendable up to 3 years
Qualification: Diploma in the relevant field from Medical Faculty OR BS/equivalent qualification in the relevant technology from an HEC-recognized university
Experience: Relevant experience in a reputable public-sector/private hospital or institution will be preferred
6. Phlebotomist
Employment Status: Contractual, extendable up to 3 years
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a reputable public-sector/private organization or hospital
7. Trainee Pharmacist
Employment Status: Contractual for 3 years, non-extendable
Qualification: Pharm-D / Doctor of Pharmacy from an HEC-recognized university
Registration: Must be registered with the Pharmacy Council
Additional Requirement: Candidates must be computer literate and English literate
Institutional Pay Scale
Selected employees will be allocated/placed at the appropriate level according to the Institutional Pay Scale (IPS) at MTI-HMC and its affiliated institutes, including KGMC, KID, PICO, B&PSC and FHH.
ETEA Application & CNIC Verification Requirement
All candidates are required to create a profile on the ETEA website. After creating the profile, and before applying or depositing the fee for any post, candidates must print the E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and have their CNIC number verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/Kiosk.
Candidates will not be able to apply for the advertised positions without completing this CNIC verification process.
Important Terms & Conditions
Candidates will initially be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test.
Detailed scrutiny of eligibility will be carried out by the appointing authority.
Candidates found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process will be disqualified.
Screening will be conducted through an ETEA test.
Only shortlisted candidates will receive interview call letters.
Candidates must meet all eligibility requirements by the last date for submission of applications.
Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
Government/semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel.
Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application and pay a separate fee for each post.
Original documents along with one set of attested copies of relevant documents must be presented at the time of interview.
The competent authority may increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or reject any application without assigning a reason.
Unclaimed qualifications will not be accepted.
No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
Candidates holding foreign degrees must provide an equivalent certificate from HEC.
Candidates providing incorrect information in the online application may face rejection and strict action.
Errors or omissions in the number of vacancies are subject to rectification.
Previous Advertisements Withdrawn
The positions advertised through several previous advertisements have been withdrawn. Candidates who had previously applied for these positions must submit a fresh application through ETEA.
Previous applications will not be considered for the current recruitment process, and no claim will be entertained on the basis of applications submitted against earlier advertisements.
Interested candidates should follow these steps:
Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.
After successful submission, an online deposit slip containing the token number, project code and candidate information will be generated.
Print the generated deposit slip.
Deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through the Easypaisa app or at any UBL Bank branch via a UBL OMNI agent.
After successful payment, keep the original candidate copy of the deposit slip bearing the required bank stamp safely.
Candidates should not send educational documents/testimonials to the ETEA office at the initial application stage.
Candidates who qualify the screening test may be required to provide copies of testimonials/documents for scrutiny by ETEA or the appointing authority.
