The Directorate General (Research), Livestock & Dairy Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is dedicated to advancing livestock research, animal health, dairy development, and veterinary sciences across the province. Through innovative research projects and modern laboratory facilities, the department plays a vital role in improving livestock productivity, vaccine development, disease prevention, and food security in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates holding Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including merged districts) domicile for project-based positions under the project "Pharmaceutical HVAC Installation for High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA): A Step Towards Fulfillment of DRAP Requirement for Vaccine Registration (Phase-I: 2025–2028)." All appointments will be made on a temporary basis with fixed pay under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Policy.

Senior Pharmacist (BPS-18)
Applicants must possess:
Pharm-D (Minimum Second Division) from a recognized university.
M.Phil. in Pharmacy.
Valid registration with the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan.
Minimum 5 years of experience in biological production and quality control/quality assurance.
HVAC Engineer (BPS-17)
Applicants must possess:
At least a Second Class Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC system design, installation, operation, and maintenance.
HVAC Technician (BPS-12)
Applicants must possess:
Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in:
Mechanical Engineering, or
Electrical Engineering, or
Biomedical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of practical experience in installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.
Recruitment will be conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Policy.
Candidates will initially appear in the ETEA screening test based on the information provided in the online application.
Detailed scrutiny of documents will be carried out before final selection.
Candidates found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.
Government and Semi-Government employees must apply through the proper channel and produce an NOC at the time of the interview.
Age relaxation will be allowed according to Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa rules.
Candidates holding foreign degrees must provide an HEC Equivalence Certificate.
No TA/DA will be admissible for the screening test or interview.
The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any advertised vacancy.
Incomplete applications or applications containing false information/documents will be rejected.

Application Process
Create a profile on the ETEA website.
Verify your CNIC through any NADRA e-Sahulat franchise using the ETEA-generated verification token.
Complete the online application form for the desired post.
Generate the online deposit slip.
Deposit the prescribed test fee through:
Easypaisa App/Agent, or
Any UBL Branch.
Keep the original paid deposit slip for future reference.
Do not send documents to the ETEA office after applying online. Documents will only be required from shortlisted candidates after the screening test.
Important Instructions
Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate online application and fee for each position.
Roll number slips will be available for download from the ETEA website, and candidates will also receive an SMS notification.
Test date, venue, and reporting time will be mentioned on the roll number slip.
No separate call letters will be sent by post or courier.
