Capital Development Authority (CDA) Jobs 2026

Capital Development Authority (CDA), a public-sector government organization in Islamabad, has announced multiple vacancies on a contract basis for suitable candidates possessing the required qualifications, experience and age limits. A total of 226 posts are available from BPS-01 to BPS-16.

Appointments will initially be made for a period of two years on contract basis, which may be extended further if required.

Draftsman | 11 | 02 | Matric with DAE in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing or Architecture with AutoCAD certification. Relevant experience/certification preferred | 30 Years

📌 Eligibility and Physical Requirements

Final selection is subject to fulfillment of the prescribed physical requirements applicable to all categories of posts.

Height | Male: At least 5'6" (167.6 cm) | Female: 5'4" (162.6 cm)

Vision | 6/6 eyesight; glasses permitted

BMI | Must be below 30

Chest | Minimum 33 inches for male candidates

Age relaxation will be applicable according to Government policy.

All applicable quotas will also be observed according to Government policy.

General Instructions

CDA reserves the right to cancel the advertisement or increase/decrease the number of posts.

Only shortlisted candidates who fulfill the prescribed criteria will be called for written test, skill test, physical test or interview, as applicable.

No TA/DA will be admissible.

Candidates must bring original educational and experience documents along with attested copies at the time of interview.

Candidates already serving in Government-sector organizations must submit an NOC from their department along with the application.

Employees will initially be appointed on a two-year contract, which may be extended further if required. The contract appointment does not provide any vested right for regular appointment.
