Research Associate (Horticulture) – 01 Post
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
M.Sc. (Hons.) in Horticulture from an HEC-recognized university.
Maximum age: 35 years (age relaxation as per applicable rules).
💰 Salary
Rs. 75,000 per month
Annual increment of 7% on the starting pay.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage soilless greenhouse demonstration units.
Record crop growth, yield, quality, and climate-related data.
Prepare nutrient solutions and manage fertigation schedules.
Assist in pest and disease monitoring.
Coordinate with project partners, field teams, and stakeholders.
Support farmer training sessions and demonstration activities.
Prepare project reports and perform other assigned duties.
📄 Contract Duration
Initial contract of one year.
Extendable for up to three years based on satisfactory performance.
