Lahore Garment City Company (LGCC) is a public sector, non-profit company wholly owned by the Federal Government of Pakistan. Established under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now the Companies Act, 2017), LGCC operates under the administrative control of the Ministry of Commerce (Textile Wing). The company is responsible for promoting the development of Pakistan's textile and garment industry by providing modern industrial infrastructure and facilitating investment in the textile sector.

LGCC is inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated Pakistani nationals for the position of Internal Audit Officer on a one-year contract basis, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

📌 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess:

Postgraduate Degree in Business or Finance, M.Com, or B.Com (HEC-recognized) with SAS or PIPFA qualification.

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Internal Auditor in a public or private sector organization.

Experience in preparing audit reports, responding to Federal Government audit observations, and preparing annual audit reports.

Applicants should also have sound knowledge of:

Internal and forensic auditing

Corporate governance

Taxation and public finance

Finance and accounting

Companies Act, 2017

Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013

State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Ownership and Management Policy, 2023

Other relevant laws, rules, and regulations applicable to public sector companies
