Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university, college, or institute.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or accounting.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Modaraba or Non-Banking Financial Services (NBFC) sector.
Practical knowledge of:
Financial Reporting
Costing & Budgeting
Cash Flow Management
Taxation
IFRS, IFAS & AAOIFI Standards
Companies Act, 2017
Applicable financial laws and regulations
ERP Systems
Financial Software
Microsoft Office
Advanced Financial Modeling using Microsoft Excel
Maximum 55 years (as on the closing date of applications).
Key Responsibilities
Prepare annual and periodic financial statements.
Develop budgets, financial projections, variance analysis, and cash flow statements.
Prepare and submit statutory forms and returns.
Coordinate with financial institutions, external auditors, tax consultants, and the Stock Exchange.
Handle income tax and sales tax matters.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
