Responsibilities: Drive customer satisfaction metrics, monitor KYC/AML compliance, analyze KPIs like AHT/FCR, conduct performance evaluations, ensure timely resolution of complaints, oversee CRM/IVR systems, forecast call volumes, optimize scheduling, handle fraud cases. Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized university. Experience: 9-12 years, preference to candidates with 5 years banking experience. Age: Up to 55 years.
