Eligibility criteria require presence in the Active Tax Payer List, the firm must not be blacklisted, and registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority is required. The bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature of work with a turnover of at least 134,423,757 PKR in 1 subsequent previous year showing financial capacity of the firm. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-4 and above (upto 200 million) in relevant category and specialized code CE01-(i) (Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure) is required. The bidder must have undertaken at least two assignments of similar nature, i.e., road construction works, with each project having a minimum cost of PKR 120 million. Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard latest by 01 June, 2026 till 09:00 AM.
