Punjab Information Technology Board invites bids for provisioning of digital content development for special education under tech interventions for children with special needs – Phase 3 (ITGOV-35), covering new content development for Grade KG, Grade 1-3, Grade 4-5, and sign language addition for Grade KG-5 with a total estimated cost of Rs. 14,000,000. The procurement shall be completed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, on single stage - two envelope bidding procedure, and bids must be submitted online on E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) website before 1300 hours on 08 MAY, 2026.
