Lot 1 covers upgradation of Civil, Structural & Allied Works at Rs. 481.18 Million with Rs. 24.00 Million bid security. Lot 2 is for Flooring, Finishing & Surface Works in Lahore at Rs. 157.94 Million with Rs. 7.50 Million bid security. Lot 3 includes Roofing Systems with Tensile Structures in Lahore at Rs. 188.84 Million with Rs. 9.00 Million bid security. Lot 4 is for Monitoring, IT & Operational Support Infrastructure at Rs. 217.01 Million with Rs. 10.50 Million bid security. The procurement follows Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through e-PAD and bids must be submitted online on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System by Wednesday, May 06, 2026 by 9:30 AM with opening at 10:00 AM the same day.
