Interested firms should submit Technical Envelope duly stamped signed having name of firm address signature of representative valid enlistment renewal of firm with PEC having relevant category and codes tax registrations and Completion certificate of similar nature of work done during last 3 years. Owner of firm should submit application and collect tender by himself. In case of authorized person authority letter regarding particular work in favor of person deputed on letter pad of firm required along with copy of CNIC. This shall be uploaded in technical envelope. Details of submission of tender shall be as per provision of Bidding document. Details on letter head part of firm depicting complete valid address and contact numbers along with attested copy of CNIC shall be presented at time of opening of bid. Bid Security shall be in form of Call Deposit bearing Name of Firm in favor of Project Director PMU from local scheduled Bank of Pakistan in technical envelope. Without call deposit firms shall be rejected in technical evaluation stage. Cash cheque will not be accepted. Contractor will submit documentary evidence as per instructions in bidding documents without which tender will be liable for rejection. Procuring Agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bid or proposal. Procuring Agency shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted bid or proposal grounds for its rejection but not required to justify those grounds. Bidding shall be conducted in line with procedure prescribed under Public Procurement Rules 2004 e-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023 and any Regulations Regulatory Guides Procurement Guidelines or Instructions issued by Authority from time to time and is open to all potential bidders registered in EPADS. Electronic bids prepared in accordance with instructions prescribed in electronic bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS on or before 2:00 pm 03rd August 2025.
