Government of Pakistan Cabinet Secretariat Special Investment Facilitation Council Division SIFC TENDER NOTICE 04 1 SIFC General Janitorial Services 26-27 Sealed tenders are invited from the reputed firms suppliers having registration with Sales Tax and Income Tax Department for provision of Janitorial Services including provision of cleaning material and supplies to Special Investment Facilitation Council Division Council Islamabad for period FY 2026-27 The electronic bids prepared in accordance to instructions contained in bidding documents along with bid security instrument and required documents must be submitted by using EPADS on or before 17 8 2026 before 1100 hrs which will be opened at same day at 1130 hrs 2 Interested vendors are requested to submit their rates which would be valid till 30-06-2027 on following terms and conditions i Income tax and other government taxes will be deducted at source as per rules ii GST and AGPR Vendor number should be clearly written on tender documents Tenders without GST will not be entertained iii e-bidding documents as per regulations containing detail terms and conditions specifications and requirements etc are available for registered bidders on EPADS at https eprocure.gov.pk iv electronic bids prepared in accordance to instructions contained in bidding documents along with bid security Rs 300000 instrument and required documents must be submitted by using EPADS on or before 17 8 2026 at 11:00 AM Manual bids shall not be accepted v Original Bid Security instrument MUST be submitted to favor of Deputy Director General SIFC Islamabad before closing hours of bid submission date The bid will not be opened and the call deposit bid security of successful bidders will be kept with this office up to 30th June 2027 Cheques will not be accepted in any case vi Rates quoted by firms suppliers will remain valid till 30th June 2027 Firms which quote lowest rates will have no right to take back call deposit or to reduce same or to withdraw from tender Rates should be quoted in Pak Rupees Prices shall not be linked with dollar or any other currency vii firms should quote their rates while ensuring compliance with Federal Governments minimum wage requirements viii tenders received after deadline will not be entertained ix tenders will be evaluated in light of PPRA Rules and instructions issued from PPRA from time to time x competent authority reserves right to accept or reject whole tender or portion of tender as per PPRA Rules and may increase or decrease quantity of items Services to be purchased hired xi Black listed firms are not eligible to participate in bidding process Javed Siddique Deputy Director Tel 051-9215542 PID I No 821 26
