Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Rawalpindi invites E-Bids from eligible bidders registered with income tax and sales tax department/authorities filed upto last financial year under single stage two envelope bidding procedure of PPRA-2014 for multiple works and procurements including PR0-01-2026 for Supply and Installation of Laminar Air Flow System for PKLI & RC with estimated cost 14,000,000 PKR, PR0-17-2024 for Construction of Water Filtration Plant including Allied Civil & MEP Works for PKLI & RC with estimated cost 6,331,845 PKR, PR0-76-2024 for Provision of Services of Firms for Procurement of Customs Clearance Service Provider for PKLI & RC with estimated cost 195,540,000 PKR, PR0-102/2025 for Procurement of Hot Air, Warmer, Bacteriological Incubator, Deep Freezer and Fluid Warmer for PKLI & RC with estimated cost 17,274,000 PKR, PR0-103/2025 for Procurement of Laboratory General Equipment for STD, Virology and BSL-3 Lab for PKLI & RC with estimated cost 19,345,758 PKR, PR0-109/2025 for Supply, Installation, Commissioning of Laboratory Equipment for PKLI & RC with estimated cost 54,751,661 PKR, PR0-33-2026 for Supply, Installation, Commissioning of Kitchen Equipment and Civil & MEP Works for PKLI & RC with estimated cost 67,410,756 PKR, PR0-45-2025 for Civil & MEP Works for Sewage & Water Supply System for PKLI & RC with estimated cost 22,021,821 PKR, PR0-56-2025 for Procurement, Installation & Commissioning of General Furniture for PKLI & RC with estimated cost 18,425,393 PKR, PR0-57-2026 for Civil & MEP Works for Pharmacy Warehouse and Laundry of PKLI & RC with estimated cost 27,945,855 PKR, and PRC-1/05 for Provision & Filling of Blood Tank Services at PKLI & RC with estimated cost 11,217,512 PKR. Bids must be submitted online through e-Punjab Acquisition and disposal system (e-PADS) https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk before the dates mentioned, with closing times of 11:00 AM on 05 May 2026 for items 1-7 and 06 May 2026 for items 8-11 and opening times of 11:30 AM on the respective dates. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated amount in the form of Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order valid for at least 60 days beyond bid validity, Original Bid Security must be submitted in the office of Head of Supply Chain department, PKLI&RC before the date and time of submission of e-bids, and procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) & Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
