Strategic Management Unit, School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, through its Project Director invites electronic bids through EPADS from interested firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category of Works for "Construction of Additional Classrooms in Public Schools of Punjab through Primary, Provision of Missing Facilities and IT Labs in Public Schools of Punjab, Construction/Reconstruction of Dangerous Buildings in Public Schools of Punjab through Primary" across Sahiwal & Faisalabad Division. The estimated amount is Rs. 9,696,313,200/- with bid security of Rs. 484,000,000/- and completion time of 9 months from the commencement date. Category required in PEC is C-A. Technical & Financial Bid submission date and time is 12:00 PM, on May 11th, 2026, with bid opening at 12:30 PM on the same day. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 30th April 2026 at 12:00 PM at 11-A Lawrence Road, Lahore. Procurement will be carried out on Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per clause 38 of PPRA Rules 2014.
