Description

The District Education Authority, Hafizabad, invites E-Bids for the procurement of 117 desktop computers and UPS units, including installation and related services, for IT Labs in selected schools within the district. The bidding process will follow a single-stage two-envelope procedure conducted through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Prospective bidders must submit their complete bids by 11:00 am on the closing date and physically deposit a 2% bid security in the form of a CDR, BG, Pay Order, or Demand Draft at the office of the District Education Authority before the tender closes.
